1. Polyethylene foam - EVA
1.1 A heat-laminated 100% closed-cell foam core with high energy absorption, low reaction force, durable and will not burst. This manufacturing process does not use adhesives and is a decomposable and environmentally friendly material.
2. Product skin:
2.1 Marine foam-filled fenders have a tough thick nylon filament and a reinforced polyurethane skin, which provides unparalleled energy. Nylon tire cord is combined with foam into a whole in a spiral winding method and polyurea coating form. This advanced process makes the fender very strong and durable, suitable for all-weather and any harsh marine conditions.
2.2 Elastomers
· Nylon filaments are repeatedly wound in spiral and hoop shapes, while - liquid polyurea spray and foam core are combined into one. Nylon filaments are wound with uniform tension, and all processes ensure that they can effectively absorb impact and berthing energy to prevent permanent deformation.
2.3 Nylon filaments
·The contact surface length is longer relative to the total length than other companies' foam-filled fenders.
3. Internal steel and external accessories
3.1·The integral rotating eye at the end provides sufficient strength. Even if the fender is strongly compressed, the high-quality steel structure can ensure its safety and unobstructed operation.
3.2·The internal chain is a heavy-duty joint that connects the rotating end of the fender internally, including studs and chains. The huge pulling force of the internal anchor chain can evenly distribute energy and stress
3.3 The internal steel and external accessories are made according to the requirements of the sample in principle, and may also be changed according to customer requirements.
3.4 The internal steel passes through the center of the product and is the central skeleton of the product. There are no defects, tears, etc. on the surface and inside. The size processing is accurate and the end processing is neat.
3.5 External accessories
The common steel such as external flange, swivel, anchor chain, shackle, etc. are galvanized (HDG) and the surface treatment is clean. Galvanizing amount 550g/m2
4. Color

5. Pressure test

Energy absorption and compressive strength reach 60% diameter deformation test, and recover 90% of the original diameter within 2 minutes after removing the pressure, and recover more than 95% after 30 minutes.
