Inflatable rubber fenders have been used for about 50 years. It is the leading anti-collision device for marine applications in the world. This compressed air filled rubber fender is used for protective media for ship to ship contact (STS), ship to quay (STQ) and ship to berth (STB)
Our inflatable rubber fenders mainly consist of 3 layers: inner rubber, reinforcing tire cord and outer rubber. After bonding, they are molded in one step in a vulcanizer under high temperature and high pressure. Each fender must be inspected and qualified according to ISO 17357 before delivery to customers.
Inflatable fenders can be made in various sizes and types. Usually we recommend the use of chain and tire net (CTN) type which is to protect the fender body, but sling type can also be selected.
1. The initial pressure is divided into 0.05MPa and 0.08MPa pneumatic rubber fenders.
2. In addition to the above, other sizes can also be customized.

The main structure of the inflatable rubber fender has an outer cord layer and a rubber layer, and an inner rubber layer. All these structures are vulcanized and bonded together in a high-temperature and high-pressure tank. The end flanges have air inlets, pressure relief valves and other uses.
1. The outer rubber layer is a special composite rubber that can provide additional tensile and tear strength to ensure that it can still work normally in severe weather conditions and frequent use.
2. The inner rubber layer is specially designed to seal the compressed air inside to prevent leakage, just like the inner tube of a tire.
3. The cord layer is made of synthetic tire cord ply to maintain the internal air pressure. The external wear and aging performance of the fender is improved by strengthening the internal and external rubber layers.
4. The steel flange connection is installed at the end of the fender and is equipped with an air valve
