Special attention should be paid in the use of the airbag
1.Strictly control the use pressure and shall not exceed the rated working pressure.
2. The surface in contact with the air bag should not have sharp protruding hard objects to prevent piercing the skin of the air bag.
3. Try to avoid distortion in the length and direction of the airbag.
4. When the ship piers, when the lifting air bag has lifted the hull completely, otherwise it may cause the gravity impact of the hull to the filled air bag. It is strictly prohibited to replenish the air bag during the ship transfer process.
5. Before being unused for a long time or reused after repair, no-load inflation test should be carried out. During the test, the inspection personnel should be 3 meters away from the airbag. If the airbag is repaired after a large area is damaged, the use pressure should be reduced.
Air bag storage
1. If the air bag is not used for a long time, it should be washed and dried, filled with talc powder inside, and placed in a dry, cool and ventilated place indoors.
2. The storage place of the airbag should be kept away from the heat source.
3. The bags should not be in contact with acids, bases, oils and organic solvents for a long time.
4. When the airbag is not used, it should be extended and placed flat, not piled up, nor piled heavy objects on the airbag.
